More than just a Pilates studio, Premier Pilates is a unique wellness center. Focused on the clients’ goals, our staff strives to include every client as an important member of our family, interested not only in their physical well-being, but also their emotional and spiritual strength. Together we share one another’s concerns and triumphs, establishing a relationship that will last a lifetime.
At Premier Pilates we offer Pilates Reformer classes that are 55 minutes. We only allow 10 students per instructor and have a maximum of 10 students per hour. Premier Pilates classes are every hour, on the hour.
